The Experience
A session with me doesn't just start and end at the actual session. It's more than just showing up and taking photos. It's much more than just standing and smiling at the camera for an hour. With me, you'll get welcome emails, prep guides, style guides, follow-up emails, experienced and professional photo editing. I'm here to capture your truest and most authentic moments. I always do those few traditional posed pictures for grandma, but a majority of your session will be full of piggy back rides, tickles, inside jokes, and belly laughs that makes your face hurt.

Location
Location is everything! The perfect location sets the tone for your session. No location is better or worse than another. But they all other their own aesthetics. Just like your attire, location plays a huge role in the outcome of your images. I've got a list of pre-scouted / preferred locations that we can go over together. I've got ideas from our beautiful deserts, orchards/groves, urban and city spaces, and stunning waterside spots. Or if you've got something specific in mind, let's chat!
Attire
Attire and Location go hand in hand! First, location, then attire. Because, coordinating your attire to the chosen location helps make your photos sing! Lucky for you, I'm here to help. I've got style guide PDFs, online styling systems - with links to purchase specific items, along with my ever-growing client closet for women and small children to borrow for your session.
Next Steps
Step One
Head over to my contact page to fill our my inquiry form. I try to get back to everyone with 24-48 hours. As a busy mom of 4 sometimes its closer to that 48 hours - whoops.
Step Three
Session Time! Read over your prep guides, come to your session, and most of all have fun! Thats what this is all about; having fun and creating memories.
Step Two
Once you are ready to book, you'll receive a booking link for the retainer, contract and questionnaire. After that, I send out my welcome email with my location list, online style guide, and prep guides. From here we can also set up an appointment to come in and try on items from my client closet.
Step Four
You're Done! My turn. You'll receive a follow up email after your session with some reminders. About two weeks from now you'll receive your gallery via email. A print release will be included and you'll have access to our professional print lab to order prints, albums, and wall art.
